THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF BLOOMINGTON, CHAMPAIGN, CHARLESTON, CLINTON, DANVILLE, DECATUR, EFFINGHAM, FLORA, GREENUP, LAWRENCEVILLE, MARSHALL, MATTOON, MONTICELLO, NEWTON, NORMAL, OLNEY, PARIS, ROBINSON, SHELBYVILLE, SULLIVAN, TUSCOLA, AND URBANA.
