TRAFFIC ADVISORY: ROUTE 70 & KINGSTON; BRACE & CONNECTOR 
Route 70 at Kingston Dr in both directions will only be able to make right turns due to a traffic signal being without power. Brace Rd at the Connector Rd to Kings Hwy is also without power, and there are no left turns onto Brace Rd from the Connector Rd.
