Flood Warning until 05:15PM 
The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a
* Flood Warning for... South central Grant County in eastern West Virginia...
* Until 515 PM EDT.
* At 219 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of half inch to one inch are possible.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Petersburg and Cabins.
* AFFECTED AREAS: GRANT, WV
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
