Suspicious Vehicle/Person 
A resident of HW reported that his nine-year-old daughter advised him that while riding her bike near the intersection of Talbot/Newport, a white male with black hair, in his forties, was sitting in a car and asked her for directions to the library. She pointed the way to the library and began to ride away. Reportedly the unknown male then told the girl that he had a video on his phone that she could watch. The girl ignored the offer and continued to ride away, unharmed. This incident occurred on 06-29-2020 at approximately 11:45am.

black Buick Regal Tour X.
No crime reported at this time, but please promptly notify Public Safety of any suspicious vehicles, people or activity.
