PG&E PSPS Update & Forecasted PSPS Outage Map
PG&E has alerted Napa County of a forecasted Public Safety Power Shutdown (PSPS) starting with de-energization in some parts of the County late Monday night with full power restoration expected by Wednesday evening. PG&E is estimating 5,656 customers in Napa County could be impacted.
Potentially impacted areas include Deer Park, Angwin, Calistoga, Aetna Springs, Berryessa Estates, eastern slopes above St. Helena, and parts of Pope Valley. The City of Napa, City of American Canyon, and Town of Yountville are not expected to be impacted by this event. PG&E’s website includes maps of current outages and forecasted PSPS outage areas. Residents can use the address look-up function on the PG&E outage maps for the most accurate and current information.
PG&E will post information about the locations of Community Resource Centers (CRC) on their website. Impacted residents and visitors can go to drop-in CRCs during the day during a PSPS event to access ADA-accessible restrooms and hand-washing stations, medical equipment charging, device charging, Wi-Fi, bottled water, and snacks. Napa County residents can review PSPS and Wildfire Preparedness information on the PG&E website.
