Flash Flood Watch until 11:00PM Thursday 
The National Weather Service in State College has issued a
* Flash Flood Watch for a portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Adams, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York.
* Until 11 PM EDT this evening
* Slow moving showers and isolated thunderstorms could produce very heavy rainfall this afternoon and evening.
* The heavy rainfall could produce flooding of mainly small streams and urban areas.
* AFFECTED AREAS: LANCASTER ... YORK ... DAUPHIN ... ADAMS ... LEBANON
