Beaufort County Coroner releases names of four deceased in today's McTeer Bridge motor vehicle accident. 
After next-of-kin notifications were made, Beaufort County Coroner Edward Allen released the names of the four people who died in today's motor vehicle accident that occurred on the McTeer Bridge (Lady's Island Drive). Coroner Allen advised that following a motor vehicle collision, 36-year-old Tikia Lashay Doe, 16-year-old Jashawn Hawkins, 6-year-old Alonzo Houston and 3-year-old Cameron Perry, all of Burton, were pronounced dead at the scene, as the vehicle the four were traveling in ended up in the water.
The cause of today's fatal accident is under investigation by the Port Royal Police Department with the assistance of the South Carolina Highway Patrol. Media inquiries regarding the accident should be referred to those agencies.
