...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY MORNING THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR PORTIONS OFCENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS...

The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a Fire Weather
Watch, which is in effect from Saturday morning through Saturday
evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...Woodford, Tazewell, McLean, Mason, Logan, DeWitt, Piatt, Scott, Morgan, Sangamon, Christian, Macon,
Moultrie, Douglas, Coles, Edgar, Shelby, Cumberland, Clark,
Effingham, Jasper, Crawford, Clay, Richland, and Lawrence
counties.

* WIND...South-southwest winds will gust from 35 to 45 mph during
the afternoon.

* HUMIDITY...Around 22 to 27 percent during the afternoon.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
