VICTIM: Caldwell, Marcus D. (Jr) 20 years old of Racine
On October 17, 2020 at 1951hrs the Racine Police Department responded to the 1200blk of Yout St. reference a shooting. Upon arrival Officer located the victim deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. This is an active and ongoing investigation.
