Although our officers were very disappointed that we could not have our usual National Night Out event this year, we are VERY excited to announce that we will be keeping the spirit of National Night Out alive by doing an Upper Macungie Township Neighborhood Tour! This Saturday, October 24th, at 1:00 pm, our officers, along with a crew of UMT emergency responders, will tour through Upper Macungie neighborhoods to celebrate our partnership with the community and our joint mission to keep UMT a safe place to live and work! Our drive-through tour will allow residents to safely enjoy our “parade” from their homes, garages, and front yards!
Please note that we have done our best to include as many neighborhoods in the township as possible throughout the day (and it's a big township!), so if we don't make it down your street, chances are we will be nearby, so please come see us!
Our event will feature police cars and fire trucks, along with some other goodies, so this will be one you don't want to miss! Plus, your front yard will be the best seats in the house!
The tour will begin at 1:00 pm THIS SATURDAY (10/24). The list also shows "congregate" areas which are places that are awesome spots to see us if we aren't scheduled to drive down your street!
