* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches, with locally higher amounts around 10 inches above 3000 feet.
* WHERE...In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 1 PM EST Monday. Snow will overspread the area, most likely between 4 AM and 7 AM early Monday morning. The heaviest snow is expected Monday morning, with snowfall rates over 1 inch per hour possible.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility will be reduced to below one- half mile at times in falling snow.
