* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches, especially for elevations above 3000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Western Grant County.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute tonight and the morning commute on Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility may be reduced to less than a half a mile at times.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN GRANT
