* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Below freezing temperatures and fog may lead to slippery spots on untreated roadways, especially bridges and overpasses.
