* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind
chills. Wind chills as low as 30 below zero. For the Winter
Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2
to 3 inches.
* WHERE...Tazewell, McLean and Schuyler Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 PM Sunday to
midnight CST Monday night. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6
PM this evening to noon CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning and evening commute. The
cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in
under 30 minutes.
Instructions:
Avoid outside activities if possible. When outside, make sure you
wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
