Flood Warning until 03:00AM Monday

At 807 PM EST, Doppler radar reported an area of heavy rainfall had occurred across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Law enforcement has also reported several instances of high water across roadways, especially in Mineral and western Allegany Counties. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Cumberland... Frostburg... Keyser... Moorefield... Petersburg... Mountain Lake Park... Oakland... Westernport... Romney... Bel Air... Bayard... Bittinger... Rough Run... La Vale... Fort Ashby... Lonaconing... Piedmont... Grantsville... Loch Lynn Heights... Friendsville... Rain has tapered off, so some water may recede this evening. However, additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area tonight, which could sustain existing flooding or cause further rises of water.
