The 9th St Bridge has reopened. 
*Update* The bridge has been de-iced as is now open.
Due to snow and ice accumulation, the 9th St Bridge will be temporarily closed. IDOT is enroute to salt the roadway, and we anticipate it will reopen within the hour.
