Subject: Fatal Vehicle Accident
On April 7th, 2021 at 2030hrs the Racine Police Department responded to 3800blk of Northwestern Ave. reference a single vehicle accident. Officers discovered a vehicle upside down in the westbound ditch of Northwestern Ave. The driver(64 year old male) and sole occupant of the vehicle was unconscious and later declared to be deceased. State Patrol responded to assist with the investigation. The investigation into the crash is on going.
