IMPORTANT COVID-19 VACCINE UPDATE
WALK-INS ARE ONCE AGAIN WELCOME AT THE CONSOLIDATED VACCINATION CENTER IN DEARBORN TODAY, MONDAY, APRIL 19 and continuing through the week including Sunday.
Walk-ins are accepted 8 a.m. to noon, 1:30 to 6 p.m., and 6:30 to 7 p.m. – regardless of residency! Try to register online first at
www.cityofdearborn.org/covid - if unable to do online please complete the attached form and take with you to the Center.
People 18 and older are eligible to receive the vaccine at Dearborn’s Ford Community & Performing Arts Center, 15801 Michigan Ave.
Appointments are still preferred and are the most efficient way to get a shot. Those wishing an appointment for today or a future date may still make one at

The vaccines are the two-dose Modena shots. Moderna is approved for those 18 and older.
