Suffolk County will be providing doses of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine, a single-dose vaccine, on May 8 at William Floyd High School in Mastic Beach.  All residents 18 and older may receive this vaccine. The vaccines will be administered by the SPCD.

Those who sign up for the vaccine may receive a text or email to pre-register for the event the day before the vaccine distribution.  Below, please find the Google form links to sign up for the vaccine.
