Please be advised that on Monday, May 17th, and Tuesday, May 18th, Rt. 202 from Pine St. to the Main St. Bridge will be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic. This is necessary in order to support the safety of the community and those involved with the efforts to extract the over-turned drill-rig.

Local traffic should seek alternate local routes during this time (Parmalee Dr., Hunt Rd., etc.). Truck/commercial vehicles seeking to access Rt. 202 North from Rt. 101, or Rt. 202 South from Hancock will be detoured to Rt. 137.

Peterborough Police will be on-hand assisting with traffic detail.
