Flash Flood Watch until 12:00AM Friday 
The National Weather Service in State College has issued a
* Flash Flood Watch for a portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Cumberland, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Lancaster, Somerset and York.
* Through this evening
* Slow moving storms with heavy rainfall will have the potential to create flash flooding this afternoon and tonight through midnight.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CAMBRIA ... BLAIR ... HUNTINGDON ... SOMERSET ... BEDFORD ... FULTON ... FRANKLIN ... CUMBERLAND ... ADAMS ... YORK ... LANCASTER

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to Flash Flooding. Flash Flooding is a very dangerous situation. You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
