Trained spotter reported multiple vehicles stranded in high water in the New Creek area, with several water rescues in progress. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Doppler radar.
