The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... West central Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia... Eastern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... Central Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia... Southwestern Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 816 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Buckhannon, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Buckhannon, Audra State Park, Ellamore, Lorentz, Tallmansville, Overhill and Hodgesville. This includes Route 33 between mile markers 4 and 17.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BARBOUR, WV ... LEWIS, WV ... RANDOLPH, WV ... UPSHUR, WV

Instructions:

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding.
