* Until 100 AM EDT.
* At 959 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms from earlier in the evening. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Buckhannon, Audra State Park, Belington, Junior, Womelsdorf (Coalton), Ellamore, Overhill and Tallmansville.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BARBOUR, WV ... RANDOLPH, WV ... UPSHUR, WV
