ATTENTION GROSSE POINTE WOODS RESIDENTS 
Residents OF GROSSE POINTE WOODS who received water damage to their properties from the storm on Friday, June 25 and Saturday, June 26, 2021 should fill out the Damage Assessment Form and return it to the City Clerk's office.
The purpose of the reporting form is to collect information only reporting to the State pursuant to Public Act 390 of 1976 and is not mechanism for any other type of reimbursement or financial assistance. This is not a damage claim form pursuant to Public Act 222 of 2001.
It is highly suggested that residents take photos of the damage (including structural damage). An itemized loss list should be completed as well. It is possible that photo documentation and an itemized loss list will be required in the future.
