Your local firefighters and first responders want to remind you that all fireworks, even so called ‘Safe & Sane’ fireworks, are illegal to use in Napa County. This includes all cities and towns within Napa County.
Those using fireworks will be held responsible for the cost of fighting any fires that may occur as a result and could also be held criminally liable. Please help our community stay safe over this 4^th of July holiday by celebrating our nation’s independence responsibly.
