Update Victim: Musa T. Musa 44 year old male of Racine, WI
On August 24, 2021 at 1431hrs the Racine Police Department responded to the area of Lasalle St. and English St. reference shots fired. Upon arrival Racine Police Officers located a 44 year old year old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Officers attempted life saving measures but the victim was later pronounced deceased at the hospital. As of this release this is an active crime scene.
Racine Police investigators are interested in any additional information that anyone may have about this crime. Any witnesses, or citizens with information, are urged to call the Racine Police Department Investigations Unit at (262) 635-7756.
