Subject: Shooting Investigation
On September 6, 2021 at 0013hrs the Racine Police Department responded to the 1200blk of Racine St. reference a possible shooting. Upon arrival Racine Police Officers discovered numerous individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Multiple victims were transported to the hospital for treatment. This is still an active crime scene as of this release. Please avoid the area. More information will be released as it becomes available.
Racine Police investigators are interested in any additional information that anyone may have about this crime. Any witnesses, or citizens with information, are urged to call the Racine Police Department Investigations Unit at (262) 635-7756.
