Road Closure: Hayward PD officers are investigating a shooting incident, which has caused a road closure on Foothill Blvd between Hazel Ave and City Center Dr. Lanes are closed in both directions, please find an alternate route of travel, and avoid the area. An update will be provided when the road has been reopened.
