Elton Cox - 78-year-old, White Adult Male, 6’03”, 240 pounds, with short gray hair. He was last seen wearing a navy-blue zip up hooded sweatshirt, unknown pants, and dark colored shoes.
Elton has a medical health diagnosis that requires regular medication. Elton is ambulatory and was last seen about two hours ago near the 1000 block of West St in Hayward, Ca.
