Flood Warning until 08:30AM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following counties, Barbour, Randolph and Upshur.

* WHEN...Until 830 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 546 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated rain has diminished across the warned area but runoff from earlier rains is likely resulting in some flooding of secondary roads. - Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Buckhannon, Philippi, Audra State Park, Tallmansville, Ellamore, Overhill, Alton, Alexander, Helvetia, Volga and Eden.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BARBOUR, WV ... RANDOLPH, WV ... UPSHUR, WV
