* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Snow accumulations of 6 to 10 inches, with isolated totals up to 12 inches. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 15 below zero along the ridge tops.
* WHERE...In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 3 AM EST Friday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 3 AM to 3 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected this evening when when snowfall rates of 1-2 inches per hour are possible. Visibility will be reduced to near or less than one-quarter mile during the heaviest snow.
