* WHEN...Until 645 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 440 AM EST, gauge reports indicate Mill Creek on the Tygart Valley River above bank full at 11.9 feet. It had crested, and was slowly falling. It will fall below its bankfull stage of 11 feet by dawn this morning. Flooding is likely ongoing in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain fell Sunday, with snowmelt adding significantly to runoff. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
