* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM EST Saturday to 4 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEAST NICHOLAS ... SOUTHEAST WEBSTER ... NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
