Detectives need your help ID'ing white truck & driver poss responsible for abandoning neglected dog who has passed away.

Our detectives need your help attempting to locate the truck pictured in the bulletin. It is possibly light colored Ford F-150 with a camper shell. The driver of the vehicle may be connected to an abandoned dog left near a dumpster at a local business. The dog showed signs of severe neglect and has since passed away.
