* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches through tonight. The highest accumulations will be on the western facing slopes. Winds will gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates have exceeded 1 inch per hour in a few places in western Pendleton. Expect snow rates to continue like this, plus reduced visibility in these areas.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN GRANT ... WESTERN PENDLETON
