* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts of 45 to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Michigan.

* WHEN...From 10 AM to 8 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAIL...The strongest winds are expected mainly
  between 12 PM and 7 PM.
