AVOID Highland and MacArthur through April 21 
Due to a City of Santa Ana water line break, westbound traffic on MacArthur Boulevard from Harbor Boulevard to Highland Street is limited to one traffic lane. Additionally, Highland at MacArthur is limited to one left-hand turn lane. Repairs are underway and expected to be completed by Friday April 22.
