(262) 635-0190 Date: April 24, 2022 No: 20-08 Subject: Homicide/Wanted Suspect On Sunday, April 24, 2022 at 0929 hours officers responded to the 1300 block of Villa St. in reference to a missing person complaint. During the investigation it was determined that this was a homicide. The victim has been identified as Brittany Booker (f/b, 30) The suspect has been identified as Terry L. Jackson. He is a 42 year old male who is 5'9" and weighs approximately 210 lbs. He Is believed to be armed and dangerous. Do not approach. This incident is believed to be related to an incident resulting in serious injuries to the victims in February 2022 in the City of Racine. That incident resulted in Jackson having several warrants out for his arrest, one being for Attempted Homicide.
