Flood Warning until 11:00AM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following county, Randolph.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 747 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have already fallen. - At 738 AM, the Mill Creek gauge was at 10.8 feet and rising. At 11 feet, County Route 39 floods approximately 225 feet from the bridge heading out of town. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mill Creek and Huttonsville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
