Flood Warning until 12:00PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following counties, Barbour, Randolph and Upshur.

* WHEN...Until noon EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 858 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - As of 855 AM, the gauge at Ellamore was at 13 feet and rising. At 13 feet, County Route 28 (Kendron Road) begins to flood. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ellamore. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
