* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following county, Randolph.
* WHEN...Until 300 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1002 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - As of 1005 AM, the gauge on the Tygart Valley River at Mill Creek gauge was at 11.7 feet and rising. At 11 feet, County Route 39 floods approximately 225 feet from the bridge heading out of town. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
