* WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 209 PM EDT, Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. - As of 208 PM, the gauge on the Tygart Valley River at Mill Creek was at 12.1 feet. At 11 feet, County Route 39 floods approximately 225 feet from the bridge heading out of town. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
