* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 414 PM EDT, Gauge reports indicate that flooding along Mill Creek and it's tributaries is occurring. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mill Creek and Huttonsville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
