* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Allen, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson.
* WHEN...From Midnight CDT tonight through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread rainfall with amounts ranging from 2 to 4 inches are expected tonight through Tuesday evening. Locally higher amounts are possible.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WOODSON ... ALLEN ... WILSON ... NEOSHO ... MONTGOMERY ... LABETTE
