* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson.
* WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 434 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Parsons, Independence, Chanute, Iola, Eureka, Neodesha, Fredonia, Cherryvale, Humboldt, Oswego, Yates Center, Erie, Altamont, Howard, St. Paul, La Harpe, Gas, Moran, Thayer and Altoona.
