Employees from Smoke Hub 4, located at 278 Ronkonkoma Ave., Ronkonkoma, E-Smoke & Convenience, located at 370 Ronkonkoma Ave., Ronkonkoma, Smoke Shop of Smithtown, located at 6 E Main St., Smithtown, and bp gas station, located at 94 Pulaski Rd., Kings Park, all refused to sell E-Liquid nicotine to a minor.
The employees were issued Field Appearance Tickets and are scheduled to appear in First District Court in Central Islip on July 5.
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Four People Arrested for Selling E-Liquid Nicotine to Minors
Suffolk County Police arrested four people last night for selling E-Liquid nicotine to minors at businesses located in the Fourth Precinct.
In response to community complaints, Fourth Precinct Anti-Crime officers conducted an investigation into the sale of E-Liquid nicotine to minors during which numerous businesses were checked for compliance.
Four People were arrested and charged with Sale of E-Liquid Nicotine to persons under 21 years of age.
- Zubair Mahamud, 25, of Ronkonkoma, employed at Barcode Hookah & Smoke Shop, located at 2402 Ocean Ave., Ronkonkoma.
- David Pagan, 22, of Centereach, employed at Hookah City, located at 2700 Middle Country Road, Lake Grove.
- Garett Ituarte, 22, of Northport, employed at Hash Convenience Store, located at 60 Main St., Kings Park.
- Paula Engel-Dibartolo, 52, of Kings Park, employed at Speedway, located at 152 Pulaski Road, Kings Park.
