* WHEN...Until 1030 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, city streets, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is likely. Low-water crossings may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 631 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated very heavy rain due to slow-moving thunderstorms. Flooding of creeks, streams, city streets, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is likely. Low-water crossings may not be passable. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WILSON, KS ... WOODSON, KS
Instructions:
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.
