* At 706 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing very heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area through 9 PM. Flash flooding is likely. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks, streams, streets, rural roads, highways, and underpasses.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Neodesha, Fredonia, Yates Center, Altoona, Buffalo, Neosho Falls, Benedict, Rose and Piqua.
