On August 2nd, 2022 at 2040hrs Officers responded to a residence in the 800blk of Yout St. reference a shooting. Upon arrival Officers located Romelle Miller deceased inside of the residence from an apparent gunshot wound. Isaiah Martinez Phillips was taken into custody reference the shooting at the scene. This is an ongoing investigation.
